ABOUT

JR Fit was born from lived experience — not a quick transformation, not a 12-week reset, and not a shortcut.

​

After losing over 90 pounds and keeping it off for more than three years, I learned something most programs miss: real health doesn’t come from intensity alone. It comes from daily choices, repeated long enough to change your life.

​

When I started my journey, I noticed a gap. There were plenty of workout plans. Plenty of diet rules. Very few resources that brought training and nutrition together in a way that actually supported long-term lifestyle change. JR Fit exists to close that gap.

​

This isn’t about aesthetics or extremes. It’s about adding years back to your life — improving blood markers, reducing waistlines, building muscle for longevity, and creating structure that supports how you want to live.

​

I work with individuals who are ready to commit to real change. Not detoxes. Not quick fixes. Not hype. We focus on understanding food choices, structuring sustainable training, and building habits that endure — all while continuing to live a full, balanced life.

My wife and I are the proof. Together, we’ve lost over 150 pounds using this approach. It’s not a reinvention of the wheel — it’s the integration of science-based training, nutrition, and consistency into one intentional system.
